Meet Emma

Emma has been practicing yoga for coming up to five years now, initially looking for relief from both back and knee pain she was suffering from at the time. From day-one Emma was hooked! Not only did she feel stronger, leaner and healthier, she also found it had incredible positive effects on her outlook and confidence levels.

If Emma had to describe her teaching style in one word it would be STRONG! She likes to challenge her students to challenge themselves through their practice – leaving them feeling strong, confident and empowered.

Emma’s Saturday morning class (10am-11am) in Mywellbeing studios on Dame Street, is not to be missed! This is a popular one, so make sure to book your mat!
